Our talented high school and college students have had an unforgettable experience representing ITJ Zona Esmeralda at the prestigious ISP Model United Nations (ISP MUN) in Malaysia. This international event not only led them to debate global issues and propose innovative solutions, but also gave them the opportunity to share ideas with delegates from around the world, enriching their perspective and consolidating their personal growth.
Model United Nations is much more than an academic exercise: it is a tool that strengthens essential skills such as communication, leadership and critical thinking, while fostering global awareness. Through this experience, our students demonstrated their ability to face challenges, work as a team and stand out on an international stage.
A Journey Full of Learning and Adventures
From the moment they landed in Malaysia, our students were immersed in a life-changing experience. They began socializing with delegates of various nationalities, participating in practice sessions to clarify doubts and reinforce strategies.
In addition to the intense discussions, they had the opportunity to explore Malaysia’s cultural richness. They climbed the more than 270 steps of the iconic Batu Caves, a place full of history and mysticism, and visited some of Kuala Lumpur’s most iconic sites: a tin factory that houses a museum, the majestic Petronas Towers and the impressive Royal Palace. To close each day, they enjoyed activities such as group dinners and karaoke, strengthening the bonds of friendship and camaraderie.
